About the event
Join local author Betty Larrea for a 30-minute yoga storytime, followed by a Meet & Greet and book signing.
Betty will read her book Lucinda's Magical Yoga Adventure and guide children through yoga poses, movement, breathing and relaxation exercises. Children will go on a magical yoga adventure, as they pretend to "be" the animals and characters they meet in the story. All they need is a little imagination to discover their connection to themselves, their bodies and the world around them.
Yoga Storytime is for children ages 2 through 10 and their families and will be followed by a Meet & Greet and book signing.
