Play Me A Story - Down on the Farm

**Please arrive at 9:30AM.  We have a 15min arrival window built in to allow participants time to settle in and make their way back to our room for class. Our first story will begin promptly at 9:45AM.

**Adults and children must remove shoes at the entry to the play space and wear socks while in class. 

 **If you plan to stay afterward to play, we recommend you register for this upon arrival or preregister online.

Join us as we immerse the littlest of readers and their grown-ups in story and play to foster their love for reading while igniting their early literacy skills. This one-hour class will feature an immersive read-aloud, followed by intentional play experiences tailored to extend the theme and content of the story to build connections to the real world. Play experiences will include multiple sensory tables, themed artwork, block building, light table creations, and additional books to read. After the allotted time to play, we will end our class with a second read-aloud of one of the theme-related books we've curated specially for this class. 

Copies of the main story and other theme-related books are available to purchase with a 15% discount after class. Take the new stories home to read again and again, furthering your child's love of reading!

We will host this class in the party room at Run+Play Kids Cafe. You may choose to sign up for a two-hour play session for a discounted rate of $10. We recommend you register for this upon arrival or preregister online. This way you are ensured a spot, as occasionally they will reach their capacity (especially on rainy days). Drinks & snacks are available from Bean Wandering on-site!

Please arrive at 9:30AM to allow yourself ample time to come inside, remove your shoes at the entryway of the play space, wash hands in the rear bathrooms, and meet us! During this 15-minute arrival time, we'll have play options open before the start of the story at 9:45AM. Any belongings you may have can be left right outside of the room. Our teachers will be there to greet you and make sure you find the space! Our first story will begin promptly at 9:45AM.

Due to class size and space, we ask for each child to attend with only one grown-up.
